Ordering Process

Ordering
- Browse our site and click “Add for Inquiry” button on all desired goods which will be stored in your cart.
- Fill out the required information and hit the “Send a Request” button.
- You will be responded within 24 hours. Feel Free to inquire for a price list of your selection or a full price list as required.
- Once you confirm the order and settle the payment; the order will be shipped out to your address as per your instruction.
- We require an order minimum of $500 USD.
 
Product Stock
We generally have additional items in stock however due to only minor differences; all items are not posted on the site. If you like an item but want to see if we have even more selection, please let us know when you submit your order inquiry so we can send you details of any additional stock.
 
Custom Order
With over 150 crafting families with us producing master-pieces of handicraft work each day, we have the resources to CREATE. We will be happy to produce custom orders for you. Simply email us through the ‘Contact Us’ page or write to inquiry@handmadenepal.com.np with the details of what you are looking for.
 
Payment Options
We accept payment by credit card or bank wire transfers. Bank details will be provided upon an order confirmation
 
Shipping Options
- You can select your preferred method of transport with your order inquiry or request a quote from us
- We recommend using express mode of shipping for door-to-door delivery. FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc.
- We have option for Air Cargo and sea cargo as well.
- Generally direct to your door orders shipped through express carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex  will take 4-7 days, air cargo to your closest airport takes 7-12 days and by sea cargo can take up to 48 days.
